Educators face new challenges every day - among them, incorporating instructional technologies that will stimulate and motivate students. The creation of Build Your Own Website™ (BYOW) is an example of how the Educational Resource Center at WGTE facilitates this challenge for educators. The staff of the Educational Resource Center believes the proper use of technology focuses on learning, not the technology, itself - encouraging student interaction with technology-based learning materials, instructional television, interactive Web sites, computed-enhanced instruction, streaming media and datacasting.
